The mental health initiative was founded on August 5th, 2023, by Sheila Lugaliki, driven by a vision to make a lasting impact on the well-being of patients.

Since its inception, the initiative has grown to include a dedicated committee of 10 members who collaboratively work to plan and execute meaningful projects.

Together, they aim to champion mental health awareness, provide care and support, and foster a sense of hope within the community.

For our first event, we partnered with Naliet Beauty Salon and Barber Shop, whose team of talented professionals generously volunteered their time and skills to provide grooming services. Their partnership was instrumental in creating a caring and uplifting environment for the patients.
